How to Prepare
- Mix – Add 2 heaped tablespoons of Paruthipal Mix to a bowl.
- Make a Slurry – Add a little room-temperature water or milk and stir into a smooth paste (this helps prevent lumps).
- Add & Heat – Pour the paste into 200ml of boiling milk or water.
- Simmer – Cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously until it thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Serve – Enjoy hot.
Optional: Garnish with freshly grated coconut for an authentic touch.
